Fear of Rejection

"I won't have sex with anyone else, but you're not my girlfriend" You didn't say the two together, but both were said more than once. Maybe labels don't matter to you, but they do to me. When your roommates friend called me your girlfriend and you said I wasn't I felt like a whore. You say you care about me and you say you won't be with anyone else so why not just say that I'm your girlfriend? I'd be okay with it if I could date other guys,but if you expect me to act like your girlfriend I think I deserve the label. I won't tell you this though because I don't want to scare you away. I do this a lot. I'm so terrified of rejection that I won't stand up for myself.
